NexFlow Robotics delivers modular automation skills that can be deployed independently or combined into a complete manufacturing workflow, whether in a new line or retrofitted into an existing process.

Skill 01

Forming

The robot loads a straight thermoplastic tube into a passive forming fixture and shapes it to the target geometry.

The loaded fixture then follows the existing validated oven or autoclave thermoforming cycle. After thermal processing, the robot demoulds the finished line and transfers it to the next skill.

Skill 02

Assembly + Leak Test

The robot places the formed routing in the leak-test station, then uses vision-guided picking to select quick connectors and other accessories supplied in bulk and assemble them onto the part.

Once assembly is complete, the station automatically performs the leak test, while the robot carries out additional quality checks before releasing the finished line.

Skill 03

Packaging

The robot picks approved finished lines and packs them according to their part reference and packaging requirements.

Once the container reaches its target count, it closes and leaves the cell, while a new empty container moves into position to restart the cycle, maintaining continuous flow and full traceability.

Modular by design, sequential by process. Each skill is a self-contained cell that runs on its own. Chained together, they form an end-to-end line from straight tube to packed container.

We configure the modular skill platform and adapt the required tooling and process recipes to each product reference.

Deploy & start production

Your selected skills are deployed on site, with prototyping in as little as one month and a fast path to SOP. Hardware and software upgrades are tested and validated in-house before deployment.

We keep it running

NexFlow takes care of maintenance, operation, software and continuous upgrades. New product references can be introduced quickly with minimal tooling changes and automatically generated product recipes.
